Tyce Construction worked with BAE to evaluate new potential facilities, helped negotiate the legal implications of the contract between building owner and the client for the new $7.5 million, 80,000 sf Silver LEED facility, budgeted the tenant improvements required by the client, Engineering Consultant to the architect for the improvement design, SCI Consulting Specialist, Value Engineer (original budget for the work required; $11.5M: revised to $7.5M), Estimator, Project Manager and General Contractor for the 80,000 square feet, LEED Silver, $7.5 million project that was completed in 3 months from a shell building. Orchestrating and supervising over 300 people, we delivered the project on time and under budget even with major changes to the project being implemented by the client during the construction process.
